Many beauty product ingredients in their raw form are not shelf stable, don't always provide the best user experience, and can be allergy inducing. All WonderTree products are manufactured in the U.S.A. in an FDA approved facility.

Moringa Oleifera is native to parts of Africa and India. We work with a number of Moringa suppliers including Moringa Connect, a fair trade supplier of Moringa from farming communities in Ghana.

It is best to store your WonderTree Skin products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

We offer free shipping on orders over $100.00. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information in order to easily track your package. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within a few days of placing your order, please check your “spam” folder. We want you to love your products! If you are not satisfied with your product, please email us within 14 days of purchase at hello@wondertree.com. We kindly ask that you carefully read our ingredient list and check what works for your skin before ordering. Please note that as a small business, we offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all products returned to us within 21 days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. Our shipping fees are non-refundable. Once a return is received and processed it can take 3-5 business days for your bank to fully refund you.
